We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 20 days after items delivery.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (For Non-defective items); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within two business days.

All ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible within 24 hours. If you have reached the expected delivery time but still haven’t received the goods, please contact the shipping company immediately.
